Review: I am absolutely obsessed with this H28 handheld fan! I was genuinely shocked by how BIG it was, but it is so incredibly powerful. The best part is definitely the metal cooling plate; it gets icy cold almost instantly. It is perfect for placing against my neck or face when I am feeling overheated, and it provides such a nice, refreshing relief compared to a normal fan. It even comes with a lanyard so I can wear it around my neck. Honestly, 10/10, it is an amazinggadget and I am so happy with this purchase! also love that it can bend, which makes it super easy to adjust the angle and direct the cooling exactly where I need it most
